Job summary

Avacend is seeking a hands-on ITSM Config Specialist to design and support enterprise IT service management solutions using Ivanti ITSM. You will configure workflows, develop modules, build integrations via REST/JSON, and create reports; strong SQL and SSRS experience is valued.

The role is remote with standard business hours and requires ITIL knowledge and experience in Agile/CI/CD practices. Collaboration with PMs, BAs, QA, and developers is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on ITSM configuration/ support experience.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, catalogs, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs/JSON, workflow management, and low-code config.
• Understanding ITIL processes: Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to translate requirements into ITSM solutions.
• Configure Ivanti workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop ITSM modules: Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, Knowledge.
• Build integrations using REST/JSON and troubleshoot data/workflow issues.
• Develop service-management reporting and dashboards; use SQL; SSRS preferred.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and deployment instructions.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, CAB activities, and CI/CD processes.
• Work in Agile/CI/CD with two-week sprints and cross-team collaboration.
