Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Ivanti Developer to configure, customize, and support the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform from a remote setting in Atlanta. You will translate business requirements into scalable ITSM workflows, dashboards, and automations while collaborating with business users and project stakeholders.

The role focuses on ITSM/ITIL processes, incident and change management, and building integrations via REST/JSON.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise ITSM platforms.
• Experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or Ivanti ITSM.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Strong SQL and REST API knowledge.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to translate requirements into ITSM solutions.
• Configure, customize Ivanti workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge modules.
• Build integrations using REST APIs/JSON; troubleshoot data and workflow issues.
• Develop ITSM reporting and dashboards; use SQL/SSRS for reporting.
• Document configuration, deployment instructions, and change notes.
• Support testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-production validation.
• Participate in CAB activities and manage change requests through implementation.
• Work in Agile/CI/CD environment with two-week sprints.
