Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years leading technology implementation, modernization, system integration, or digital transformation.
• 2+ years performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or comparable independent assessments.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, project management, and controls on complex technology programs.
• Lead IV&V engagements including document reviews and stakeholder interviews.
• Coordinate team activities and client communications to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and quarterly forecasts.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business development opportunities.
