Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent oversight and assessment activities for complex technology implementations. You will provide objective governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting to clients and stakeholders.

The role combines project management with IV&V duties, mentoring junior analysts, and coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote work setting with up to 30% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology implementation, modernization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years performing IV&V, QA, QC, PMO governance, or independent assessments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior level contributor or project manager on assigned projects.
• Manage resource allocation within the unit and coordinate with senior management.
• Be the central point of contact for all project issues and client expectations.
• Maintain availability information for all resources and facilitate design discussions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and include all costs in forecasts.
• Lead IV&V engagements for technology modernization and system integration.
• Plan and execute assessment activities: reviews, interviews, workshops.
