Job summary

Maximus seeks a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs under senior consultants. You will review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting.

This role suits candidates with PMO, business analysis, QA or consulting backgrounds eager to develop governance and oversight skills. This remote position allows up to 25% travel; requires a bachelor's degree and 0-3 years experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, consulting, QA, audit, compliance, or technology project environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support IV&V assessments for technology implementations and transformations.
• Review project documentation, plans, schedules, and artefacts to evaluate performance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project information from stakeholders and performance data.
• Identify risks, issues, and gaps through independent analysis and evidence review.
• Prepare findings, reports, and client-facing presentations.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and project meetings to support assessment activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to report findings.
• Contribute to development and improvement of IV&V methods and templates.
