Job summary

Maximus is seeking a project coordination and IV&V support professional to help ensure delivery to specifications, on time and within budget across client engagements. You will gather information, prepare analyses and reports, and participate in client meetings to build trust and add value.

This remote role requires 1–4 years in consulting or PMO support, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, consulting, QA, audit, compliance or technology project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering projects on time, within budget and to specifications.
• Maintain work plan documents and facilitate meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Gather information, prepare analyses and reporting of findings.
• Participate in client meetings to build trust and add value.
• Identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities through independent analysis.
