Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent verification and validation engagements for complex technology modernization programs. You will serve as engagement lead and senior analyst, delivering governance assessments, actionable recommendations, and executive-level reports to clients and stakeholders.

You will manage resources, coordinate teams, and ensure conformance to standards while maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or audit activities.
• Experience evaluating governance, risks, schedules, delivery performance, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V engagements for technology implementation and modernization programs.
• Provide objective assessments, actionable recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate client communications and manage project governance and oversight activities.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business development efforts.
