Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years of IT experience in ITSM.
• US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ITSM configuration management and ServiceNow maintenance.
• Support incident, change, knowledge, and asset management workflows.
• Develop dashboards and trend analysis reports.
