Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Mature and enhance functionality across ServiceNow modules for automation and UX.
• Foster interoperability with FAA systems and data repositories.
• Apply SDLC methodologies to manage ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.
• Align configurations with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture.
• Promote business process reengineering to maximize value from the platform.
• Provide documentation, governance artifacts, and training materials for operations.
