Job summary

iTech AG seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ServiceNow sustainment, enhancement, and modernization for a federal client. The role covers ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Strategic Portfolio Management, requiring hands-on ServiceNow delivery and strong Agile leadership.

The PM will manage a nine-person team, serve as the primary client contact, and own cost, schedule, quality, and contract reporting from award through Day 30 readiness and ongoing governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager leading enterprise IT implementations.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow operations and maintenance engagements.
• Hands-on working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SPM.
• Proven ability to serve as the primary client point of contact on a federal IT contract with COR/Contracting Officer.
• Experience leading a contract transition-in, including knowledge transfer, access and GFI dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of accountability and escalation for the task order.
• Maintain a Government-accessible transition tracker and manage dependencies.
• Manage a prioritized backlog across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and related apps.
• Lead governance cadence: daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Technical Progress and Financial Reports.
