Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementations within the FAA Integrated Service Center. This role focuses on delivering enterprise ITSM solutions, aligning with federal governance, and ensuring stakeholder engagement across multiple FAA systems.

The ideal candidate has PMI-based project management experience, a strong IT background, and is eligible for a Public Trust. This is a challenging role in the Civilian Sector with opportunities to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology plus 7+ years of IT/PM experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager; or Associates in IT with 14 years of related experience; or High school with 15 years of related experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience managing projects using the PMI framework.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust; citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise priorities, engaging stakeholders and ensuring operational integration.
• Mature and enhance functionality across existing ServiceNow modules to improve workflow automation, data quality, transparency, and user experience.
• Promote interoperability through FAA system integrations and consolidate data repositories for a unified system-of-record.
• Apply Agile SDLC to manage ServiceNow enhancements, delivering iteratively with stakeholder feedback.
• Align configurations with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Promote business process reengineering to maximize value and reduce technical debt.
• Provide documentation, governance artifacts, and training materials to support enterprise-scale operations.
