Qualifications

• PMP certification.

• Experience delivering ServiceNow development projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct the activities of a cross-functional technical team for the delivery of large-scale software development products according to the Agile methodology.
• Oversee projects from Demand Intake through deployment and support.
• Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and dependencies.
• Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure adherence to the customer's SE Life Cycle across all project phases.
