Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT and about 9 years of relevant ITSM/ServiceNow experience.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
• Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance; citizenship or 3 years of residency required.

Responsibilities

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Enhance functionality across existing ServiceNow modules and improve workflow automation.
• Foster interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories.
• Lead SDLC-driven integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
• Provide documentation, governance artifacts, and training materials for operations.
