Job summary

Map Ssg, a national law firm, seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate to join its intellectual property litigation practice. The role may be based in any U.S.

office or through the firm's remote virtual office, with candidates residing in the United States. Responsibilities include handling ITC investigations, drafting various filings, coordinating with experts, and advising on exclusion orders and remedies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of legal experience
• Participation in at least two Section 337 investigations
• Knowledge of patent and intellectual property law
• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of the selected office, or willingness to obtain admission promptly
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent complainants and respondents in ITC Section 337 investigations
• Draft complaints, responses, motions, discovery requests, and post-hearing filings
• Develop and analyze domestic-industry evidence and work with technical/economic experts
• Prepare witnesses and participate in depositions and evidentiary hearings
• Advise on exclusion orders, remedies, enforcement, and related proceedings
• Manage multiple matters with accelerated ITC schedules
• Communicate strategy and recommendations to clients and internal teams
