Justus Property Management, Inc. is seeking a remote Contract IT Support Technician to provide break-fix and on-site support for the corporate office and approximately 175 property locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

The role is remote-first and hourly, with travel required for hands-on assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting a multi-location business environment, administering and troubleshooting Google Workspace, resolving hardware and network issues,

Qualifications

• Experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment.
• Professional IT support experience required.
• Experience with multi-location organizations.
• Experience evaluating and deploying computer hardware.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for ~175 locations with on-site when needed.
• Support ~200 Google Workspace accounts.
• Administer Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, accounts, security.
• Setup and configure computers and related equipment.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset-tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchases and repairs.
• Document service requests and time spent.
