Job summary

Cherry Lake Tree Farm, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first contact for end users, handling help desk requests and basic IT admin tasks across IMG Enterprises locations.

You will provide onsite and remote support statewide, travel weekly in the company vehicle, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with purchasing and inventory. Ideal candidates have IT desktop support experience, Windows 10+, Google Workspace, MS Office, and strong

Qualifications

• One or more years of IT desktop support experience.
• Windows 10+ knowledge; Linux & Mac knowledge a plus.
• Google Workspace proficiency (Gmail, Sheets, Forms, Docs).
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first tier end user support for hardware, software, and systems.
• Provide onsite and remote support; travel weekly in company vehicle.
• Troubleshoot end-user computing equipment and escalate as needed.
• Handle IT hardware purchases and PO coding with Accounting.
• Manage equipment inventory, checkout, labeling and asset tracking.
• Onboard/terminate users; set up/delete accounts and hardware.
• Install Ethernet cables and network hardware for PtP networks and APs.
• Set up and manage conference room Audio/Video.
• Update internal ticketing system with daily tickets and KB.
• Stay current with new tech and assist with strategic planning.
