Job summary

• 1+ year of helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Windows and macOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Provide in-person and remote support with hybrid schedule.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user laptops and software applications.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN access.
• Troubleshoot LAN, printers, and conference room technology.
• Provision/deprovision SaaS accounts for new employees.
• Lead remote onboarding IT sessions for new hires.
• Provide status updates and resolution summaries in ticketing systems and Slack.
• Maintain inventory management and vendor relationships.
• Support office relocations and asset disposal.
