Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking an Associate Technician to join its IT support team. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations and high client satisfaction at your assigned locations.

The role requires travel up to 80% to stores and distribution centers, collaboration with the service desk, and ownership of service requests from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer facing role.
• 2+ years of IT technical support for end-user devices.
• Experience with desktop support tools and diagnostic software.
• Familiar with service level agreements and timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for assigned location(s).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Support network devices, workstations, POS devices, and printers.
• Travel to store locations to deliver technical assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with service desk and regional leadership.
• Manage hardware inventory and asset disposal per protocols.
