  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, scanners, and other office technology.
  • Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, network connections, and internet connectivity.
  • Set up, configure, replace, and troubleshoot computers and related equipment.
  • Evaluate hardware needs and recommend appropriate computers, monitors, printers, networking equipment, peripherals, and other technology.
  • Order approved computer hardware, equipment, and technology supplies for company and property locations.
  • Coordinate hardware purchases, replacements, warranties, repairs, and equipment delivery as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate hardware inventory and asset‑tracking system for company technology equipment.
  • Track computers, monitors, printers, networking equipment, and other applicable technology assets by location.
  • Maintain applicable asset information, including equipment type, make/model, serial number, purchase date, assigned property/location, warranty information, and replacement or disposal status.
  • Document equipment transfers between properties and maintain accurate records when equipment is reassigned, replaced, returned, or removed from service.
  • Assist management in identifying aging or obsolete equipment and planning for future hardware replacements.
  • Ensure retired equipment is appropriately documented and company data is securely removed prior to disposal or recycling.
  • Install and configure approved software and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot browser, login, password, email, and user‑access issues.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and determine whether equipment should be repaired or replaced.
  • Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, hardware vendors, and other third‑party providers when necessary.
  • Assist with new property, office, workstation, and technology setups as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, work performed, time spent, equipment serviced, and recommended follow‑up.
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to employees and management.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical employees in a professional and understandable manner.
  • Must be dependable, responsive, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Must understand the importance of data security, account security, confidentiality, and appropriate access controls.
