NexusTek is seeking a Support Technician to deliver Tier I/II IT support for a national client base, focusing on hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and generative AI data initiatives. You will manage client inquiries, document work, and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across Windows and network environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, performing backup/recovery tasks, and maintaining admin functions for hardware, OS, and applications.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support at Tier I/II level.
• Understanding of server and network troubleshooting and administration.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their technology needs and propose solutions.
• Ensure operation and security of clients' IT infrastructure.
• Handle customer questions, maintain client information, and data-entry tasks.
