Job summary

FusionTek, a Managed Service Provider, seeks a Technical Support Engineer II (Systems Analyst) to support clients daily across Windows, macOS, servers, and cloud services. You will troubleshoot complex issues, document outcomes, and mentor Level I techs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have MSP exposure, strong communication, and the ability to manage diverse environments, from on-site to remote support, while upholding client care and accountability.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required; must obtain within 6 months if not held.
• MD-102 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and troubleshooting for escalated issues.
• Handle break/fix, installations, and user config changes.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, M365, networking, server, and cloud problems.
• Offer remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Configure and support Windows Server environments and Hyper-V.
• Manage firewalls, networking gear, and Datto platforms.
• Document tickets clearly in Autotask and maintain docs.
