Job summary

FusionTek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support multiple client environments with a focus on MSP-grade IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot Windows, Mac, servers, networking, and cloud services, provide remote and onsite support, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Ideal candidates have MSP experience, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while delivering high-quality service across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required; if not held, must be obtained within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with SonicWall, Datto Networking, and on-premise SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure and cloud services.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and troubleshooting for escalated issues.
• Handle break/fix, installations, and user-level configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, servers, networking, and cloud problems.
• Deliver remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Configure and support Windows Server and Hyper-V environments.
• Mentor Level I technicians and collaborate with the technical team.
• Document tickets in Autotask and maintain up-to-date client records.
