Job summary

FusionTek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II (Systems Analyst) to support multiple client environments in a hybrid work model. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, servers, and cloud services while providing remote and onsite assistance across diverse client networks.

Ideal candidates have MSP experience or a strong desire to grow in a fast-paced IT services firm, with a focus on documentation, communication, and professional growth. DC metro area residents are preferred.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required. If not currently held, it must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• MD-102 preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support requests and complex technical issues.
• Handle break/fix issues, installation, and user-level configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, server, and cloud-related problems.
• Provide remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Escalate tickets appropriately and contribute to shared technical knowledge.
