Job summary

NexusTek is seeking a proactive presales Solutions Engineer to design secure, scalable IT solutions for MSP clients, balancing technology with business goals. Work remotely with up to 20% travel, collaborating with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to craft outcomes-driven proposals.

You'll engage in cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance initiatives while building budgets, SOWs, and QBRs, ensuring customer success in a dynamic managed services environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive presales engineer who can align technology with client business goals.
• Ability to consult on IT products and solutions across MSP offerings.
• Develop budgets mapping to client IT and business objectives.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Consult on the sale, design, and delivery of IT products and solutions for projects including MSP plans, cloud migrations, and AI solutions.
• Assess existing IT environments and articulate recommendations to clients.
• Develop detailed Statement of Work documents for clients and internal guidance.
• Create budgets aligned to client IT and business goals.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for assigned clients.
