TECHIES in New Jersey is seeking a System Technician II to join our fast-growing MSP team. You’ll tackle escalated tickets, manage servers, and provide reliable networking support, working remotely or onsite as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of AD, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and a proven troubleshooting mindset. We value humor, teamwork, and a passion for learning as you help clients stay productive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP.
• Strong understanding of networking, AD, virtualization, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to tech for escalated tickets, server management, and networking support.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues — remotely and onsite — with confidence.
• Configure and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, cloud environments, and firewalls.
• Assist with client onboarding, system upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with other techs and document solutions with clear notes.
