Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or service desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting OS, hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Experience with a ticketing system and strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic networking concepts and peripheral device knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and/or Linux.
• Troubleshoot devices including laptops, desktops, POS systems, printers, scanners, and thin clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Log and document incidents in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and minimize disruptions to business operations.
