Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to provide remote end-user support across Windows, macOS or Linux. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues via phone and chat, helping users stay productive while maintaining service levels.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in IT support, comfortable handling multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment, and uses strong communication to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT support, help desk or service desk experience.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues.
• Experience supporting customers via a ticketing system; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, POS systems, printers, and barcode scanners.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Log and track incidents in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and minimize business disruptions.
