Job summary

ICM Inc in Colwich, Kansas is seeking an on-site IT Support Technician to provide frontline technical assistance to local and remote users, resolve issues quickly, and maintain hardware and software systems.

You will work with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking basics, printers, mobile devices, and AV systems, with strong emphasis on customer service and de-escalation, documentation, and collaboration with the IT team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience supporting desktops in larger organizations is required.
• Knowledge of Windows client OS and MS Office/Outlook; basic networking concepts are beneficial.
• Experience with printers, mobile devices, conferencing tech, and audio/visual equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests via on-site, phone, or email for local/remote users.
• Support end-users with hardware, Windows, Office 365, audiovisual tech, printers, and wireless.
• Identify trends and coordinate with IT for escalations of complex issues.
• Maintain hardware/software maintenance and records.
• Assist with end-user install/move/add/change requests and inventory control.
