Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT support, help desk, or IT operations experience.
• Track record of high ticket throughput and fast issue resolution.
• Hands-on account provisioning/deprovisioning and MFA across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT issues across hardware, OS, and core apps; resolve routine issues quickly.
• Ticket Management: Monitor, triage, and prioritize the support queue; communicate clearly with employees on status and resolution.
• Escalation Follow-Through: Coordinate handoffs to Operations, Engineering, People or vendors and stay with the issue until resolved.
• Lockouts & Access Issues: Resolve login, MFA, and lockout problems to restore access with minimal disruption.
