Job summary

Attain Finance is hiring an IT Support Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for remote end-users. You will troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and proper ticket documentation.

You will support Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Office 365; familiarity with AWS and AppStream is a plus. This fully remote role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of IT support or related customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and MacOS; familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, etc.) and hardware.
• Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure Active Directory; password resets and security group changes.
• Familiarity with AWS and AppStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support for remote end-users with professionalism and courtesy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues remotely within SLAs.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the ticketing system; track status and communicate updates.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment remotely (computers, printers, peripherals).
• Support Office 365 applications including email setup and troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or higher and document handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.
