Winixx Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve a remote-first, Atlanta-based team. You will handle Tier 1–2 IT issues, manage device provisioning, and oversee access to Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools to keep colleagues productive.

Formación

• 2+ years IT support or helpdesk experience.
• MacOS and Windows device management.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues remotely.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, service-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce is strongly preferred.
• Associate's degree or CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to employees via ticketing, chat, and video calls.
• Manage device provisioning, configuration, and shipping for new hires and replacements.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions, and software licenses across Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and connectivity issues for remote employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track device lifecycle from procurement through disposal.
• Onboard new employees with equipment setup, account creation, and IT orientation.
• Escalate complex infrastructure and security issues to the senior IT team.
• Document resolutions and contribute to the internal IT knowledge base.
