Job summary

Winixx Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve a remote-first, Atlanta-based team. You will handle Tier 1–2 IT issues, manage device provisioning, and oversee access to Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools to keep colleagues productive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support or helpdesk experience.
• MacOS and Windows device management.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues remotely.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, service-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce is strongly preferred.
• Associate's degree or CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Role Summary

The IT Support Specialist at Winixx is the first line of technical support for our remote-first team — resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly so our colleagues can stay focused on the work that matters. You will manage device provisioning, software access, and day-to-day IT requests across a distributed workforce.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
