The role requires 10+ years in IT with at least 4 years leading an IT organization, plus deep expertise in identity, endpoint management, and network security. Hybrid work options and equity-friendly benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years leading an IT organization.
• Proven track record building and scaling IT functions in a high-growth tech company.
• Deep expertise in corporate IT infrastructure including identity, endpoint management, and network security.
• Experience managing SOC 2 compliance and information security programs.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Experience managing IT for a distributed or remote-first workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; CISSP or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Winixx IT organization across helpdesk, systems, security, and infrastructure
• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the business roadmap and security requirements
• Own the corporate technology stack including device management, identity, SaaS, and network infrastructure
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks including SOC 2
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and technology spend
• Partner with the engineering and DevOps teams on shared infrastructure and security initiatives
• Build a proactive IT culture that prevents problems rather than just reacting to them
• Report IT performance, security posture, and infrastructure roadmap to executive leadership
