Winixx Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager in Atlanta with remote options to lead IT initiatives across infrastructure, security, and end-user systems. The role ensures projects finish on time, within scope, and with minimal business disruption.

You will coordinate timelines, manage dependencies, gather requirements with stakeholders, and oversee vendors. A PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred for a role in a growing national tech portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS implementation, and security projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships on IT implementation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and track the delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, security, and end-user systems.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication for IT initiatives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities on IT implementation projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks before they become delivery blockers.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, and status reports.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.
• Support change management and user adoption for new IT systems and tools.
