Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day desktop computing, imaging, and end-user assistance. You will respond to routine requests, configure devices, and maintain asset records while following security procedures.

This remote, ET-hours role supports Zillow employees across the U.S. and requires a high school diploma and up to 2 years' experience in desktop support. Equity awards are available; base pay varies by location.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in desktop support or related technical role.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve routine desktop support requests for hardware, operating systems, and standard applications.
Configure, deploy, and decommission laptops, desktops, and peripherals by following imaging, setup, and security procedures.
Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity, printing, and account access issues, documenting steps and outcomes in the ticketing system.
Complete well-defined maintenance tasks such as software installs, updates, and basic device checks in line with standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate asset and configuration information for end-user devices to support inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
