Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst in the United States. The role involves end-user support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits, plus configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and BYOD. You will resolve issues quickly to minimize user impact and support operations with the latest technologies.

Candidates should have 5+ years in a Helpdesk/Desktop environment, A+ certification, Office 365 experience, and PowerShell scripting skills. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent with technical certifications and hands-on experience.
5+ years in a Helpdesk or Desktop support role.
Experience with Microsoft Office including O365 and Windows 10+.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Meet and communicate with users, resolve issues promptly and positively.
Assist in maintaining IT hardware and software asset inventory.
