Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to deliver day-to-day end-user support via phone, remote access, and desk-side visits. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and BYOD, ensuring minimal downtime.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain hardware/software inventory, create KB articles, and travel between sites as needed. Requires an Associate degree and 5+ years in a Helpdesk/Desktop role, with strong Windows/O365 experience.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or certifications.
5+ years of field experience in desktop/support environments.
A+ Certification.
5+ years’ experience in a Helpdesk/Desktop environment.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (O365).
5+ years troubleshooting Windows 10+ OS.
VPNs/Wi‑Fi knowledge is a plus.
Experience with Telecom/VOIP a plus.
Windows Image Deployment experience needed.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical and troubleshooting assistance related to hardware and software.
Communicate with users to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
Assist end-users with advanced computing and telecom issues.
Use remote tools to resolve requests.
Close incident and service requests within guidelines.
Create and maintain Knowledgebase articles.
Train Junior Support Analysts as needed.
Travel between sites to assist end users.
