Job summary

Zillow is hiring an Associate Specialist, Desktop Systems to support end-user computing by maintaining workstations, peripherals, and standard software. You will resolve routine issues, document outcomes, and follow imaging and security procedures.

The role operates in ET hours and is categorized as Remote, allowing work from a location of your choice within the U.S. Eligible for equity awards; base pay varies by location and is outlined for several states.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in desktop support, end-user computing, or a related technical support role.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve routine desktop support requests for hardware, OS, and standard apps.
• Configure, deploy, and decommission laptops/desktops and peripherals following procedures.
• Troubleshoot network, printing, and account access issues; document steps taken.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as software installs and updates per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate asset and configuration information for end-user devices.
