Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology team. The role is remote with about 75% travel to client sites and project locations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support experience and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include advanced technical support, onsite services, travel logistics, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.
Ability to travel ~75% and support remote offices or customer sites.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues at multiple client locations.
Travel ~75% to customer sites to deliver onsite IT services.
Coordinate travel schedules to ensure timely coverage and project completion.
Prioritize support requests based on urgency and impact to the business.
Resolve Tier 1 issues and escalate as needed to Tier 2/3.
Conduct root-cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems.
Document issues, resolutions, travel activities, and related procedures.
Manage travel expenses and ensure compliance with policies.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to complete projects.
