Job summary

SYNC Residential seeks an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide in-office technical support for corporate and onsite teams, covering hardware and software issues. The role requires up to 50% travel to property portfolios and is non-remote.

You will handle Windows OS, phones (VoIP/analog), network access, and security systems, with strong focus on documentation and proactive cybersecurity measures.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related exp; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret business docs; write reports; present to managers and customers.
• Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems; interpret instructions in written or oral form.
• Computer Skills: Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, RingCentral, Security Camera Systems, PC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network problems.
• Use remote access to troubleshoot and support on-site users; communicate solutions clearly.
• Provide technical support for电话 systems, internet, alarm systems, access management; respond via multiple channels.
• Document requests, resolutions, and system configurations; install and maintain OS and software updates.
