Job summary

SYNC Residential is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide in-office technical assistance for corporate and onsite teams, handling OS and hardware issues. The role requires travel to portfolio properties (0–50%) as project needs dictate.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic network concerns, using remote tools when necessary, and documenting all actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Associate degree or higher in computer science, information science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Provide remote assistance and on-site support as needed, including for telephone systems and network access.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications and updates.
• Document support requests and resolutions, maintain system configurations.
• Audit and protect IT systems for compliance and security across portfolio.
