Job summary

You will install, troubleshoot, and document tickets; participate in after-hours rotations; and maintain client relations. A+ / Security+ / Network+ certs and 2+ years in IT are preferred. Valid Georgia driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required, with travel up to 50% possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' independent IT experience or field work.
• Certifications in A+, Security+, and Network+ preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across diverse techs and environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and remote support to clients with accurate ticketing.
• Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Act as onsite client contact and resource for scheduled support visits.
• Document tickets, time entries, and resolution notes thoroughly.
• Maintain internal technical docs and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation including weekends.
