Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the IT team. You will handle desktop, network, and system troubleshooting across our corporate office, hotels, and extended-stay properties, with on-site and remote support. The role includes onboarding, email management, and interaction with executives and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years' experience troubleshooting and maintaining desktop systems and peripherals.
• Network certifications are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be in good standing with DMV.
• Knowledge of Windows 7-10, Active Directory administration, LAN, SDWAN, VoIP, DHCP and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware/software.
• Screen and diagnose internal inquiries related to PCs across corporate office, hotels, and extended-stay properties.
• Malware/virus troubleshooting and resolution.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Provide end-user software support and onboarding (Active Directory accounts, distribution lists, iPhone config, Office365).
• Assist in email system administration and provide on-site and remote user support.
