Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years IT support experience, preferably in Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience supporting desktops and hardware/software in a corporate environment.
• Ability to setup and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Fluent English, strong written/verbal communication, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for IT issues at the site.
• Provide second-level desktop support and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Assist in IT initiatives and maintain equipment inventory.
• Document resolutions for knowledge base updates and train users.
