Job summary

Quandela in Massy, Île-de-France, France, is seeking an IT Support & Infrastructure Intern (H1/2027) to join the IT & Software team. This internship is a hands-on, full-time role focusing on helpdesk activities, workstation setup, basic network support, and small IT projects.

You will assist internal users, manage ticketing, help onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to documentation and process improvements while learning in a deeptech environment.

Qualifications

• Good basic knowledge of Windows environments and workstation support.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi).
• Familiarity with standard IT tools and troubleshooting methods.
• Initial exposure to scripting or automation is a plus.
• Strong service mindset and willingness to help users effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and communicate clearly.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to internal users for hardware, software, access, and peripherals.
• Handle and follow up on support requests via ticketing system or direct interaction.
• Troubleshoot workstation and user environment issues clearly and methodically.
• Escalate complex incidents with proper diagnostics and context.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves; maintain asset records.
• Participate in small IT projects and process improvements; document guides.
