Job summary

Elire in Minneapolis seeks a Summer 2027 Technical Support Internship to join our Operations team. The intern will assist in help desk and IT tasks, gaining exposure to software and management consulting environments.

The role involves setting up employee laptops, supporting Microsoft Entra ID/Intune/Exchange/SharePoint/Teams, aiding Salesforce and other SaaS tools, and handling IT assets and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT-related degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and set up employee laptops including understanding employee software needs
• Support the Administrator in Microsoft technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Support the Administrator in additional business applications, including Salesforce and other SaaS platforms used by the organization.
• Help with and track IT assets
• Provide end-user desktop support and troubleshooting assistance
• System Management and Administration: Monitor our Cloud based systems and serve as the point person for support tickets and issue resolution
