Job summary

1Password is seeking a IT Support intern to join our team for a 4‑month period (January to April 2027). This remote internship within the Canada/US region offers hands-on experience handling ticket intake, queue maintenance, and reporting while leveraging AI tools to build smarter support workflows.

You will work with experienced engineers across IT Engineering, Enterprise Systems, IT Operations, and Workplace Technology to improve support operations and user communication.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ticket intake and routing processes.
• Ability to maintain ticket queues and track statuses.
• Prepare simple reports on ticket volume and SLA metrics.
• Collaborate with IT Engineering, Enterprise Systems, IT Operations, and Workplace Technology teams.
• Communicate with users clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Review new Freshservice tickets for completeness and route to the right technician or team.
• Identify unassigned or aging tickets and follow up with owners.
• Compile standard reports on ticket volume, backlog, and SLA performance; assist in team meetings.
• Collaborate with IT departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Acknowledge requests, collect missing information, and provide status updates to users.
