TechnologyAdvice is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver reliable, hands-on technology support across the organization. This role owns day-to-day ticket management, technical troubleshooting, hardware logistics, and strategic IT projects while serving as a point of contact for complex issues.

The IT Support Engineer will work closely with the broader IT team to strengthen support practices, improve security and access management, and ensure employees remain productive across Mac, Windows,

Formación

• 2+ years of IT experience across end-user support, security, networks, and remote environments.
• SaaS-centric environment experience with Google Workspace or Office 365 and cloud-management tools.
• Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments for 100+ team members.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day IT support including ticket management and troubleshooting.
• Investigate complex issues, determine root causes, and plan fixes beyond guides.
• Coordinate priorities with the IT team and maintain consistent support practices across the org.
• Configure and support networks, Google Workspace, device-management platforms across Mac/Windows.
• Improve onboarding, security, access-management processes, and protect company systems.
• Manage hardware logistics: procurement, inventory, repairs, upgrades.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure reliable service and value.
• Identify recurring issues and drive improvements with stakeholders.
