Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator. This long-term remote contract role offers excellent benefits and potential to become permanent. You will support AWS, servers, and network infrastructure, act as escalation point for the help desk, and drive efficiency across IT projects.

Responsibilities include configuring and installing devices, maintaining hardware/software, and end-user support. Occasional after-hours work is required.

Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator with our industry leading client. This is a long-term contract position with excellent benefits offered and a possibility of becoming permanent.

This role will be REMOTE from home.

We are looking for someone who has experience with AWS, servers, network infrastructure, help work key IT projects, be the escalation point for the support team, innovate the department and work tickets as needed. Key responsibilities include configuration and installation of computers, servers, and networking devices; maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software; and providing direct end-user support for all IT related issues. Documentation of network configurations and accurate recording of work performed are essential and routine tasks.

Technician will cover support tickets Monday through Friday generally scheduled from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional after-hours support and projects will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all escalated tickets or other events sent from the IT Support team
• Install, configure, and maintain network
• Responsible for maintaining all IT servers across the organization
• Troubleshoot issues on the servers
• Analyze current processes and systems and find ways to improve and make more efficient
• Create and implement new technology
• Complete security and risk audits
• Vet new software security risks

Requirements:

• Advanced troubleshooting skills (e.g., tier 3 advanced level support)
• Must have experience working with remote employees
• Advanced PC desktop/laptop expertise, Active Directory, MS Office support, SharePoint Online knowledge including setup and administration, Apple MacBook Pro and Mac OS expertise and Office 365 skills
• Experience with Terraform
• Mobile Phone support for both Android and iOS a plus
• Extensive knowledge of asset management systems
• Experience with Cisco Meraki systems a plus
• Experience with Zscaler/Netskope Zero trust networking a plus
• Experience with Conductor 1/C1 or equivalent identity governance tool a plus
• VoIP/IVR installation/configuration/troubleshooting experience
