Job summary

Pomelo Care is hiring an IT/Operations professional to build and support a modern IT environment for a mostly remote team across the US. You will own end-user support during West Coast hours, onboard/offboard staff, and manage device lifecycle.

Bring 2+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and experience with Apple devices and MDM tools such as Kandji/Jamf. Remote-first role with flexible US-based options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support/operations.
• Strong customer service and end-user focus.
• Able to anchor coverage for back half of the day.
• Experience supporting Apple hardware and MDM tools (Kandji/ Jamf).

Responsibilities

• Create a user-friendly IT environment for Pomelo teammates.
• Provide primary IT support during West Coast hours for a mostly remote team.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, device shipping and recovery.
• Implement security policies across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace and more.
